Uncle Sam was the nickname given to a good guy, Samuel Wilson, who brought the crates of meat to soldiers at the Troy base during the War of 1812. The crates bore the US inscription which amused the soldiers because when the diminutive usually used was rather "U.States". At first, when the private joke was taken over by designers around 1830, Uncle Sam was rather represented as a chubby little guy. But when Lincoln died in 1865, Uncle Sam took on the features of the late president, and this synthesis became an emblematic figure of American patriotism and war propaganda. This drawing has been in the works for the past year as a present from my dad and to my uncle to celebrate all of our adventures. It's going to be a long time ago, it will be about one hundred people to be able to accomplish this challenge and will be registered on its official list.

To support my answer, we must detail a little. Chromebooks are two things: a hardware part and a Chrome OS operating system. First at the hardware level: most Chromebooks are not powerful and cheap machines, it's the equivalent of old Netbooks. But they are not really cheaper or better than a typical Windows laptop, with the exception of some really low-end models in 11 inches of screen size. Generally, moreover, the storage and the available connection is rather weaker than that of the standard laptops. Then there is the software aspect: ChromeOS is rather limited. Most of the features and software require ongoing Internet access, since in fact they are apps for Google Chrome, like what we can have on PC with the Chrome Web Store. So apart from a typical household use of email and internet + games types tablet games, it is very quickly limited in functionality, just like tablets. Guess this comes as a shock to anyone that has never seen free-roaming ones. I know I would be if my inlaws didn’t have them. And he didn’t die after ingesting it?
